Registration for CSI Frankfurt 2026 (June 3 - 6, in Frankfurt, Germany) is now open!

Group discount
Save up to 20% and register as a group! Register as a group with friends or colleagues and we will be able to offer you a discount!
The following reductions will be available for teams:
- 3 - 5 Persons: 10% reduction on the registration fee, per person
- 6 - 8 Persons: 15% reduction on the registration fee, per person
- Starting from 9 persons: 20% reduction on the registration fee, per person
The discount will be automatically applied during the registration.

Ticket Eligibility Rules
Delegates must register under the ticket category that reflects their current employer.
Industry Ticket
Required for all delegates employed by commercial organisations, including:- Medical device (MedTech), pharmaceutical, or biotech companies
- Distributors, resellers, consultants, service providers, or start-ups
This applies regardless of clinical background. Nurses, technicians, or physicians employed by industry must register as Industry.
Nurse / Technician Ticket*
Available only to nurses, technicians, and allied health professionals directly employed by a hospital or healthcare facility.
Not available to:- Employees of MedTech companies or distributors
- Consultants, freelancers, or contractors working for industry
Other Reduced Tickets*
Fellow and Student tickets are available only to individuals in training and employed or enrolled at recognised institutions.*Proof of employment at a healthcare institution is required.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the conference, cancellations must be submitted in writing to the congress organization team via email.Refund conditions are as follows:

100% refund for cancellations received up to 6 weeks prior to the conference start date

75% refund for cancellations received between 6 and 2 weeks prior to the conference start date

50% refund for cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the conference start date
Additional flexibility options:

Registration can be transferred to a colleague at no additional cost at any time prior to the conference

Alternatively, participants may opt for a 100% credit toward a future CSI event instead of a refund
Please note that canceling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Attendees are responsible for managing and canceling their own accommodation.

VISAS / Invitation letters
In our registration system
we provide the option to request for an invitation letter, after payment has been made. Please ensure that all required fields are filled out correctly. Kindly note, it should be understood that the letter of invitation is meant to help members obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. The decision to grant a visa belongs solely to the embassy/consulate. Please note, should your application be denied, cme4u/CSI cannot change the decision of the government agency.
